Lamiflex is proud to welcome Camilla Lyhykäinen as our new Head of Sales Europe. With over 17 years of experience from rolled aluminium material producer Sapa/Gränges, and a strong international background, Camilla brings a wealth of expertise to our growing team!

Camilla Lyhykäinen’s journey began with a degree in International Business and Economics, specializing in marketing, including a semester abroad in the United States. Her passion for working across borders led her to Norrköping, where she started her career at Sapa Heat Transfer – later named Gränges – working with rolled aluminum products.
Throughout her career, Camilla has held a variety of roles, including in sales for the European market and new market development in Russia (pre-2014) and in Africa. As a Global Key Account Manager, she has worked closely with global automotive clients, navigating high demands for quality and process excellence. Her role involved leading international teams and collaborating with local sales representatives and technical experts.
Since 2019, Camilla has led sales and business development in a new market for battery foil – a critical component in battery cells. This included launching a completely new product and business area during the pandemic. She successfully built up the business and customer relationships even though in-person meetings were limited at the start.
At Lamiflex, Camilla will lead the European sales team, consisting of six sales professionals. Her mission is to strengthen the team to ensure continued high customer satisfaction and responsiveness as Lamiflex’ European business expands.
