The Lamiflex packaging product was first introduced in the 1970s and is still a very popular choice for those who need to protect long, heavy, bulky or cylindrical goods during transport.
Lamiflex is made from hardboard strips, lamellas, that form a packaging material that provides heavy-duty protection and is easy to wrap around bundles of tubes or bars, cable drums, rollers, shafts and offshore downhole tools without adding excess weight or bulkiness.
The outer material is usually made from either PE coated craftpaper or a PE film. On the inside we use PE-coated craftpaper or craftpaper with optional VCI for corrosion protection.
Lamiflex is easy to store and easy to apply. Just cut to length and tape to close!
