We’re proud to announce that Lamiflex Group is establishing its first US production facility in Borden, Indiana, with a capital investment of $5.04 million.
This marks a major milestone in our global growth journey. The new facility will manufacture plastic packaging materials, primarily for the US sheet steel manufacturers. Once at full capacity, the production facility will employ about 62 people.
Beyond production, we’re investing in employee training and advanced automation, including robotic machinery, to ensure operational excellence and long-term success.
As Board Member Phil Yu puts it: “We’re excited to invest in Southern Indiana and become an engaged partner in the community’s continued growth.”
